Glamsjunction.com (Website and App) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Glamsjunction.com shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website or the jewellery sold on this website.
Exchange and Refund Policy -
Currently we are only accepting Exchange/Return for the same design jewelleries if it’s damaged during the shipping process. To process the exchange/refund of the same design you need to send the damage jewellery’s unboxing unedited video within 7 days from the date of delivery at support@glamsjunction.com or on WhatsApp Chat Support at +91-9076011100. Our team will review your request and process the Exchange/Return request accordingly . Once the refund is initiated you will be notify via email and it will take 2-3 business days for the amount to get credited back to the original mode of payment.
Moreover, to Exchange with the different design or simply Return policy is under process. Currently it is not available.
