Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track it, also you can sign into your account, click on My Orders and then click on track order.
It takes 1-4 business days to dispatch your Glam Jewelleries, further it takes 4-5 business days to reach you. The total delivery time may vary as some parts have less connectivity while some have good connectivity via Road and Air.
Next Day Delivery charges are applicable if you need one day delivery by Air, kindly contact us on support@glamsjunction.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9076 011 100 to confirm the express delivery option available at your location.
Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option for courier services due to their schedules but we will try our best, which is not guaranteed. The delivery person will call you at the time of delivery. You can inform him about your availability and co-ordinate with him.
₹70 is the shipping fee on orders below ₹2499. All orders above ₹2499 have free shipping.

Courier services usually take up to 24-36 hours to activate the tracking for an order once it's been shipped. Please check again after the mentioned time.
Our courier partner will contact you for the delivery of your order. Please keep your mobile handy for upcoming SMSs or other details.
If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Multiple attempts will be made on consecutive days. You can request them to re-attempt depending on your availability which is also as per the shippers schedule and guidelines.
